On November 13th, the Maison Castel team organized a lunch at the 2 Michelin-starred Dutch restaurant De Lindehof (restaurant-delindehof.com), where our Maison Castel Séries Limitées are now featured on the wine list.
Our winemaker, Cédric Jénin, and Export Director, Romain Mesnil, were delighted to present the Séries Limitées range. During this lunch, we had the pleasure of tasting 6 cuvées and presenting the two new Chapters to several Dutch influencers:
- Chap. II Gigondas: The elegance of lace
- Chap. III Condrieu: Beyond the mist
- Chap. IV Collioure: Moulding the Schist
- Chap. V Chablis: Patience at its peak
- Chap. VI Côte-Rôtie: Les sommets de la patience
- Chap. VII Terrasses du Larzac: Balancing act
Our wines were beautifully complemented by the inspired cuisine of the talented Chef Soenil Bahadoer, who took the time to understand the personality of each wine and design an inspired pairing for each. We are honored to have our Séries Limitées featured on the fantastic wine list of De Lindehof!
